Facility Information

Specialization
  • Medical Detoxification

Drugs and alcohol have widespread effects throughout your body, including but not limited to the addiction and/or physical/psychological dependence that develops with substance abuse over time. Many organ systems are affected by addiction and will react to withdrawal. The term “medical detoxification” means that there is a trained and licensed medical professional onsite to monitor your vital signs and protect your physical and emotional health as your body goes through withdrawal.
  • Family Program

Research shows that the odds of successful, sustained recovery from addiction are far higher when family members and loved ones are involved in treatment. Drug and alcohol addiction often have genetic roots, whether related to substance abuse, mental illness or both. Family dynamics also play a role and, often, family members are the first to realize a loved one has developed an addiction. Also, it’s important for family members to understand and embrace the lifestyle changes that are required to sustain recovery.
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a highly specific, research-validated form of therapy that can help people overcome trauma. With EMDR, a trained practitioner uses bilateral stimulation, eye movement and touch to stimulate parts of the brain as a patient recounts certain experiences and memories as a way to more thoroughly process uncomfortable, painful feelings.
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Long-term taper options like Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) can increase success rates by reducing cravings, urges, and withdrawal symptoms. Managing these symptoms strengthens long-term recovery and prevents relapse, which can be lifesaving.

The facility, the accomadations, the meals, the treatment are all a scam...I entered the facility and found that none of the advertisements including their website are true. The salesman, Jimmy, who I was contacted by for preliminary consult was a bold faced liar, telling me, the room I would be in has 2 beds when in fact there was 4, the chefs he said would prepare the meals turned out to be all fast food serviced for all meals, the Dr. consults were all via teladoc, my first night they gave me valium to help me sleep, and when I checked in they were going to do my blood work which didn't happen. The young lady that did my checkin was incompetent and I later found out she was actually a patient in rehab as well. The appearance and condition of the facility looks very different in a bad way than the pictures online and their videos. There didn't appear to be any supervision of the facility, patients were allowed to stay up all night and make noises where you can't sleep. The fast food meals were just put out on a table in sacks, and patients would grab as much as they could get in their hands, so you were lucky to get anything to eat unless you were very aggressive. I was threatened by one patient waiting on medications who had teardrop tattoos on his face and told me if I tried to get my meds before him we would have a problem.

TERRIBLE!!! This was my first experience with a rehab facility & it was horrible. Showed up at my check in time, no one was available to do my intake… Finally found someone and then they had to move people out of the room they wanted me in. They said they sprayed the room down, but luckily I had packed Lysol wipes and I had to clean the entire bathroom as there was toothpaste in the sink and a disgusting mess in the shower. I was fully checked in by 1:00 PM and by 8:30 PM no one has come in to establish my plan of care or treatment. I found out that I could not take the sleeping pills that I am used to taking so I checked myself out and left there around 9 PM. I found out from the staff that they lost their Director of nursing two months ago and since then many staff members have left. They are relying on contract staff, who do not have access to everything they need access to. Soooo unorganized. One of my roommates was a meth user and she was crying as I left, so worried that she would not receive the care she needed. This place was a total mess and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!

Go somewhere else! Staff is kind and caring but the facility is dirty and no programming whatsoever. Burnt and rotten food served and the poor chef gets cursed at daily. This facility needs to be reported for lying about services offered.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD A ROOM, DROVE 2 HOURS PULL UP TO BE TOLD THEY ARE NOT TAKING OUR DAUGHTER AND WE NEED TO HAVE HER DETOX AT THE HOSPITAL! TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL TOLD SHE WILL DETOX THERE FOR 3-5 DAYS SO WE LEAVE. 2 HOURS LATER GETTING A CALL FROM MY DAUGHTER AND A NURSE FROM THE REHAB SAYING THEY ARE TAKING HER AN HOUR AND 1/2 AWAY TO A DIFFERENT DETOX FACILITY! OUR DAUGHTER WAS NEVER GIVEN ANYTHING FOR HER WITHDRAWLS AND HONESTLY DID NOT TRUST GETTING IN A STRANGE CAR TO BRING HER SOMEWHERE SHE HAD NO IDEA WHERE SHE WAS GOING. SHE WAS LEFT IN THE HOSPITAL PARKING LOT TO FEND FOR HERSELF AND WE COULD NOT GET HER TRANSPORTATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. SHE HAD HER BOYFRIEND GET HER A RIDE. sHE WAS IN THE PARKING LOT FROM 8:30 PM UNTIL 4:50 AM. NO CARES FROM THE REHAB SHE WAS TO BE A PATIENT AT. NOW WE ARE AT SQUARE ONE AGAIN! I DO NOT WANT THIS NIGHTMARE TO HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER FAMILY!

My son was at a place in his life that he was ready for help. DPR was able to give him the help he needed. I believe (from the time I visited) that the people at this facility truly cared about him - and that made it a lot easier on this mom. They also had family sessions where they answered our questions and sometimes just gave us the hug and encouragement that we needed.
