Solutions Recovery Philosophy
Solutions Recovery is dedicated to helping clients struggling with alcohol and drug addiction using a holistic approach and treatment plan that has been customized to meet their needs.
The staff at Solutions believes that during their treatment stay, clients enjoy the comfort of a residence in upscale homes that are amply furnished and provide a warm environment for healing. Treatment providers for Solutions Recovery programs are caring, experienced, and highly trained practitioners in their respective fields. Integrating a holistic approach, the multidisciplinary treatment team provides customized, intensive, and clinically managed treatment services.
Clients participate in a structured schedule featuring a minimum of 30 hours per week as part of their customized treatment plan of therapeutic activity, which includes individualized counseling, group counseling, holistic services, and interpersonal skills development.
Areas of Specialization
Facilities that offer “holistic therapy” see and treat patients in the context of their entire lives and health status. They treat the “whole person,” not just the addiction.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
The focus of cognitive behavioral therapy (also called CBT) is helping people to understand the thoughts and emotions that underlie their addiction with the goal of learning new, healthier and more productive ways to understand and express themselves.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Patients who undergo intensive outpatient treatment continue to live at home and sometimes go to school or work while participating in a highly structured treatment protocol that is focused on ending substance abuse. Programs vary in terms of how much treatment patients receive, how often and for how long. Some facilities design individualized intensive outpatient treatment programs.
Drugs and alcohol have widespread effects throughout your body, including but not limited to the addiction and/or physical/psychological dependence that develops with substance abuse over time. Many organ systems are affected by addiction and will react to withdrawal. The term “medical detoxification” means that there is a trained and licensed medical professional onsite to monitor your vital signs and protect your physical and emotional health as your body goes through withdrawal.

WHAT ALUMNI SAY
The 10 alumni surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing left mixed feedback for Solutions Recovery, giving the facility a collective average rating of 3.7 out of five stars for its treatment effectiveness. The four positive reviewers called out caring staff and “knowledgeable” doctors. One alum named Kristen added: “I feel this program saved my life and it offers several programs for me now that im in my own home.”
Robert, who was one of the five alumni with mixed opinions of the facility, noted that “the housing was very nice and the house managers were caring and accommodating. My clinician was very helpful and the groups were great. I feel as though my recovery process was what I needed and feel accomplished after completing the program.” Yet he did cite some weaknesses, such as poor communication with family and an inadequate discharge process.
And one alum, Brian, took issue with staff’s abilities and credentials, writing: “Staff [had] no education of recovery or mental health. Just that it lacked accountability and A lot was controlled on the patients actions or emotions.” An anonymous reviewer agreed, noting more control over the clients was needed.
WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY
