WHAT ALUMNI SAY

Feedback from former or current clients of all five Victory Clinics is overwhelmingly positive. Rehabs.com received survey responses from one individual who represented the program as helpful and staff as attentive. Metrics measuring various aspects of treatment, including its overall effectiveness, options in counseling approaches, and quality of support for co-occurring chemical dependency and mental health conditions revealed very strong satisfaction. The facility's cleanliness and upkeep as well as the program's affordability received lower ratings of three stars apiece.

A total of 37 Google reviewers offered similarly favorable perspectives. Three of the clinics received average ratings of four or more stars out of five, while the other two averaged just under four stars. Most written reviews included comments about the helpfulness of the program, while a few noted caveats.[1]

A Jackson clinic client, C.R., wrote that VCS was an "excellent resource as long as it's used in conjunction with other pathways to recovery."[2] Two Kalamazoo reviewers shared concerns about long-term maintenance of medication assistance. Troy wrote: "This place has both helped and hurt me... Once you get started it's almost impossible to quit. You can't go anywhere because you have to make sure you can get your dose in the morning to function in daily life."[3]

One Kalamazoo clinic client noted appreciate for the non-judgmental staff, and a Saginaw reviewer described staff members and the clinic as "discreet."[4] On the other hand, two individuals, including a loved one of South Bend Victory Clinic client, complained of protocols related to scheduling and drug testing.[5]
