On the other hand, the data from metrics measuring available options in counseling approaches and exercise and leisure activity suggested a somewhat limited, inflexible experience. Nevertheless, one alum cited "routine" as a facility strength. The hospital's capacity to treat co-occurring conditions fared better, with four- and five-star ratings.
Family participation also received criticism, along with a one-star and a two-star rating from two alumni surveyed in this category. Opinions of the staff's level of training and experience were split between one high and two low ratings.
