Headquartered in the small city of Seaford, in rural central Delaware, ACE Peer Resource Center is a non-profit, peer-run organization that describes itself as a "hospitality center" for individuals struggling with homelessness, substance use disorder, mental health disorders, and other life challenges. ACE stands for acceptance, change, and empowerment. Treatment is offered on an outpatient basis only.

In addition to the Seaford center, there's a secondary location in nearby Georgetown. According to an article in the Milford Beacon, "ACE Peer Resource Center is overseen by the Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania."

The center encourages anyone experiencing distress to simply drop in to the center, no appointment required.

ACE Peer Resource Center is founded on a commitment to wellness, community, spiritual growth, creativity, life skills, and individuals helping themselves. The center offers individual and group counseling sessions, designed to provide clients with "friendship, sanctuary, structure, support, and accountability" as they navigate their difficulties. Among other services, the center can **help clients to find employment and housing. **

In addition to treatment services, the center offers clothing, showers, and a kitchen. Regulations prohibit the center from serving meals, but food is available for individuals to cook themselves in the provided kitchen.

The center is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There is currently no information provided about any specific credentials held by the facility's staff; however, the single individual polled by to date gave the facility four out of five stars for its staff's level of training and experience.

The single reviewer polled by to date gave the facility five out of five stars for its affordability.
