ABOUT ADULT & TEEN CHALLENGE OF THE FOUR STATES
Located in Neosho, Mo., Adult & Teen Challenge of the Four States is a private nonprofit facility, which make up about 72 percent of all Missouri treatment facilities; it is one of the 28 (10.9 percent) of Missouri treatment facilities that offers long-term residential services to adult men who are struggling with substance abuse.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
According to Adult & Teen Challenge of the Four States' website, treatment is based on biblical principals, the program is highly structured, and one-year long. Treatment is available for men who are 18 years and older. The goal of treatment is for each resident to learn how to turn to God, experience inner healing, and learn how to develop healthy relationships.
Faith-based programming includes chapel services, group and personal studies, pastoral counseling, work therapy, and community service. The center is one of the 88 (34.2 percent) of Missouri treatment facilities that has specific programming for men.

Adult & Teen Challenge of the Four States' website indicates the campus is set on 13 acres, and has room for 24 men.
Rehabs.com has yet to receive any reviews from this facility’s former clients or loved ones. However, the one staffer polled by Rehabs.com to date gave positive feedback, and indicated they would recommend Adult & Teen Challenge of the Four States. They gave maximum five-star ratings for the staff’s level of training and experience, fair pricing, and overall quality.
"Most of the Staff have gone through the program themselves. They know firsthand the destruction of addiction," the staffer wrote.
The 10 individuals who left Google Reviews gave an average of 4.2 out of five stars, and mostly positive feedback. Reviewers praised the the treatment team and its effectiveness. 
"Being a faith based program it is not a medical center but does offer many wonderful opportunities. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to go through this program, I would not be alive if I did not," one alum wrote in a representative review on Google.
To date, the 29 people who left reviews on its Facebook page, which it has the ability to manage, gave an average of 4.6 out of five stars. "Amazing place where Hope is found & lives are restored by GRACE," Peter wrote in a representative review. 
The one staffer polled by Rehabs.com to date indicated the center "charges $800 for the entire 14 month program. They rely on donations & fundraisers to supplement this fee."
