Located in Princeton, N.J., All Access Mental Health (AAMH) is a private, nonprofit mental health center that provides a wide variety of behavioral health care to people of all ages. AAMH provides outpatient treatment to people with mental health disorders and/or co-occurring disorders.

All Access Mental Health also offers services to non-English speaking Latinos.


According to the center’s website, the goal of outpatient services is to improve or stabilize each patient’s well-being. Treatment usually includes evaluations, consultations, and medication management if needed. Along with outpatient mental illness help, the center provides treatment related to co-occurring disorders.

The partial care program is a day-treatment program that provides mental health and substance abuse care. Clients in this program work with a personal counselor to develop an individualized treatment plan, including psychiatric evaluation and consultation and medical monitoring. Families are encouraged to participate in treatment.

The facility also runs a behavioral health home promoting healthy lifestyles in conjunction with treatment. Along with individual, group, and family counseling, the facility offers a wellness room with fitness equipment, an on-site pharmacy, and group activities including yoga, smoking cessation, and music education.

AAMH provides employment support and vocational assessments. The center also helps clients find housing, and offers an anger management program, which includes 12 group meetings.


AAMH’s website states the treatment team includes Master's Level social workers, counselors, registered nurses, psychiatric advanced practice nurses, medical assistants, and psychiatrists.


The one alum that was questioned by at the time of this writing provided a mostly positive review. The anonymous alum gave the center five out of five stars for a number of categories including the staff’s experience, family participation, and when asked if they would recommend AAMH. They wrote to “It's a nice place. The staff wasn't great. Weather it gives you the right care or not.”

The two people who left Google reviews for AAMH at the time of this writing gave the center a perfect five stars, with no comments.[1]


On Glassdoor, seven current and former employees to date rated AAMH an average 2.7 out of five stars,[2] while three employees on Indeed rated the facility an average three out of five stars,[3] suggesting mixed responses. Employees praised the family-like atmosphere but complained about bureaucracy and upper management.


According to the center’s website, AAMH accepts most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. The center also offers a sliding scale fee based on income.
