ABOUT ASPIRE HEALTH PARTNERS IN ORLANDO, FL

With twenty five campuses across five central Florida counties, Aspire Health Partners offers a full continuum of treatment services to clients struggling with substance use disorder, mental health problems, or a dual diagnosis. In addition to residential and outpatient programs, the facility also provided medical detox. The facility is one of only 73 non-hospital treatment facilities in Florida (just 10.9 percent) to offer medically monitored detox services.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

To be admitted, prospective clients should begin by visiting the facility's website to find treatment programs in their geographic area. Facilities in the Aspire Health Partners network can then be contacted directly for admission information on each program.

The network offers a wide range of treatment options, including multiple outpatient programs, gender-specific and co-ed residential programs, and medication-assisted treatment programs (MAT).

Aspire Health Partners also offers a residential program for adolescents ages 13 to 17 (an option available in just 20 percent of treatment facilities in Florida), as well as specialized groups for veterans, HIV positive, and LGBTQ clients (the latter of which is offered by 23 percent of Florida treatment facilities).

STAFF CREDENTIALS

The Aspire Health Partners Board of Directors is a multidisciplinary group including professors, graphic designers, pastors, attorneys, bankers, government employees, and human resources specialists. The treatment credentials at facilities in the Aspire Health Partners network vary by location.

ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES

Aspire Health Partners offers twenty five facilities throughout central Florida. Rooms, amenities, and rules differ across various treatment locations. The nine alumni surveyed by Rehabs.com to date indicated that the facility's level of cleanliness was adequate.

Facility Cleanliness and Upkeep: 3/5

WHAT ALUMNI SAY

Of the nine former clients surveyed by Rehabs.com to date, six gave Aspire Health Partners positive feedback and three gave the facility negative feedback. On the whole, alumni indicated that the treatment was affordable, the staff were knowledgeable and well-trained, and the counseling options were sufficient. "Experience and compassion towards struggling addicts," wrote one alum in a representative review.

Affordability: 3.9/5
Staff Experience and Training: 3.6/5
Counseling Options: 3.1/6

Former clients were less enthusiastic about the rehab's exercise and leisure offerings, and also indicated that the food could use improvement. "Counslor was good. food was not the best." wrote an anonymous alum in a representative review. "Ii think this is a excellent institute, i just dislike how food isn't a big issue."

Exercise and Leisure Activities: 2.9/5
Holistic Offerings: 2/5

The organization received similar feedback on secondary sites, earning an average rating of 3.9 out of five stars based on 33 Google reviews[1] and a 3.1 out of five star rating based on the opinions of 26 individuals on Facebook[2], which staff may manage. The majority of former clients who left comments described Aspire Health Partners as an effective network of facilities with caring and competent staff. "Helpful Drug /Alcohol Detoxification Agency. Compassionate staff at most locations," Billy wrote in a representative review on Google.

WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY

Loved ones offered mixed opinions of Aspire Health. Positive reviewers described Aspire Health as a clean and effective treatment facility with numerous options for care. "If, you are looking for an opportunity to better yourself and are willing to follow through with the treatment options, then you will do well at this facility," wrote one family member in a representative review.

Two unhappy reviewers, on the other hand, reported a lack of staff training, a need for updated facilities, and ineffective treatment. "The treatment did not last long at all," one respondent wrote in a representative review. Overall, the nine loved ones polled on the matters offered generally neutral opinions concerning the level of family participation, counseling options, and the likelihood they'd recommend the facility to others.

Family Participation: 3.2/5
Likelihood to Recommend: 3.2/5
Counseling Options: 3.1/5

FINANCING

According to the facility's website, Aspire accepts some private insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, and Humana. It also takes Medicaid and Medicare, the latter of which is accepted by 23 percent of treatment facilities in Florida.

CONCLUSION

Due to significant budget cuts in 2017, Aspire Health Partners was recently in the middle of an investigation regarding detoxification services to those court-ordered into treatment, which was often delayed because of limited capacity, and this limitations effect on processing diverted prosecutions. According to the report, Aspire Health Partners detox capacity decreased from 37 beds two years ago to 33 beds currently.

Experience and compassion towards struggling addicts. No exercise, not a big food choice. Its perfect to detox from a drug you are dependant on.

The facility takes most insurance plans and the staff is genuine and sincere in their approach to rehab. It is far away from my home, but other than that, it is quite effective. If, you are looking for an opportunity to better yourself and are willing to follow through with the treatment options, then you will do well at this facility.

There was nothing good about this facility. Lack of patient control and safety. The food was terrible, you weren't allowed to sleep in your room

Open 24/7. Pharmacy to get meds after discharge was over 20 miles away at another of the rehab's sites, voluntary admittance still had patient's belts, shoe laces, etc. removed

When the person I know was treated it did not seem to help at all. The clinic has changed owners and is now aspire health care. It was very clean and organized. However, the treatment did not last long at all.

I will go to a counselor for the rest of my life as my aftercare treatment. I received the meds needed to keep me focused.
