Community Rehab is a drug and alcohol rehab center located in Orange, California. We are a co-ed facility that serves people of all ages. Residents of our program benefit from our close-knit group of staff and clients, working together to achieve sobriety that is authentic and lasting.

When you come to Community Rehab, you won’t find a stuffy hospital setting. We are a real-life community in which you will be able to heal and grow as an individual. At Community Rehab, you will find a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.   • Detox
    Community Rehab offers a complete, supervised drug and alcohol detox program. You will feel safe knowing that our professional staff is on site 24 hours a day. Withdrawal symptoms are unpleasant at best, but our staff understands what you are going through and is here to support you every step of the way. In order to make detox less scary and uncomfortable, we will teach you about addiction and withdrawal. You’ll learn about how your body is reacting to the withdrawal of substances from your system, and we’ll support and comfort you as you cope with this process. We’ll provide daily reports and sympathetic feedback as ways to check in and encourage you on the journey.

  • Residential Treatment
    At Community, we understand that each person is different. You might have things about yourself that you want to modify, but we don’t want to change who you are. That’s why at our facility, clients take part in treatment programs that are individualized. We let you be who you are and express yourself the way you want – we won’t take that away from you. Our therapists will help you hold onto your individual self while removing the harmful drug or alcohol addiction that has been bringing you down. We are here to help you focus on healing things that are out of balance, without changing the positive aspects of yourself.

  • Intervention
    An interventionists’ help for drug and alcohol addiction is effective for people from all walks of life. Interventions help families plan strategies with which to address addictions in those they care for. Early crisis programs, involving a team of family members, friends, and co-workers can encourage a teen or young adult to seek help for their addiction. Assistance from an interventionist can help your loved one out of the cycle of abuse and into a program. Community Rehab can help you if you have a loved one that has not been receptive to getting treatment. We walk you through the intervention process and help you talk to your loved one. All of our staff members are certified counselors with experience helping individuals and families get the addiction treatment they so desperately need.

  • Sober Living
    Recovery is hard work, but that doesn’t mean a person can’t have fun while they are going through it. Our clients have committed to living sober, and with their whole lives in front of them, they want something to look forward to. The Community Rehab sober living program provides clients with social opportunities that are fun, rewarding, and that will help them avoid relapse after rehab. Our clients in sober living are encouraged to take part in activities that interest them. During the sober living phase, clients have time to experience art and music, movies and sports. We take trips to the beach and to concerts. Clients in sober living can continue doing the things they like, without the dangerous addiction hanging around anymore. We are a co-ed treatment facility that works mainly with young adults. We do believe that family is important to the recovery process, so we encourage visits from family members and loved ones during our residential and sober living programs. With our help, families can take the time to learn about the addiction, to understand the treatment program, and to develop skills themselves to promote sobriety and prevent relapse after treatment.

ABOUT COMMUNITY REHAB

From the suburban town of Orange, southern California, Community Rehab provides detox, residential treatment, outpatient care, and sober-living facilities for individuals struggling with problematic substance use. Interventions can also be provided, as necessary. The facility pitches itself as a "designer rehab," providing boutique treatment that aims to recognize each client's individuality, while showing that sobriety can be fun. Community Rehab is a co-ed facility that works primarily with young adults.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

Each client is prescribed a tailored treatment plan based on their goals, needs, and history of addiction. Detox is monitored 24 hours a day and typically lasts between one and 10 days, and residential treatment is offered in 30-, 60-, and 90-day programs.

One-on-one counseling is at the heart of treatment: residential clients might participate in up to two individual sessions per day. The center also aims to promote healthy social interactions, through group therapy as well as social and community activities. The physical and medical components of addiction and recovery are addressed through psychiatric services and medication management, and the center aims to equip its clients for long-term recovery through education about addiction as well as relapse-prevention training and discharge planning. Families are encouraged to visit and learn about addiction and the recovery process.

Following residential treatment, clients may enter a sober-living program that includes plenty of social activities, such as trips to concerts and the beach.

ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES

The overriding ethos at Community Rehab is that residents should feel comfortable during treatment. As such, the facility strives to offer a home-like environment, with comfy common areas, TVs, full kitchens, exercise equipment, and gardens, in traditional suburban homes that sleep up to 16 clients in total. And unlike many treatment centers, Community Rehab also allows residents to dress as they wish, smoke, and bring electronic devices such as cell phones and laptops to treatment with them. The program also includes supervised visits to local leisure activities.

REVIEWS

Rehabs.com has not yet received any reviews from this facility’s alumni, affiliated friends or family members, or staff, however, Community Rehab had received unanimously positive feedback on secondary sites at the time of this writing, with two four-star ratings and 10 five-star ratings spread between Yelp and Google to date.[1] [2] The reviewers repeatedly noted that treatment at Community Rehab had been successful for them, some adding that they had previously entered many other facilities without achieving sobriety.

The reviews also reflected a caring staff and a welcoming environment. "This has been the first rehab i have ever been to where when i walked into the doors i finally felt like i was in the right place, exactly where i belonged to get what i needed. The staff and whole community cares about your well being and strive to make you the best version of yourself you can possibly be," Z.T. wrote in a representative review on Yelp. "I got my life back and I feel great," S.T. added in another typical review on the same site.

CONCLUSION

Community Rehab accepts self-pay as well as insurance from most providers. The center had not published the cost of treatment at the time of this writing.

According to an article published on the trade news site Behavioral Healthcare Executive, Community Rehab was acquired in June 2016 by Delphi Behavioral Health Group, a Florida-based company with a growing portfolio of addiction treatment centers around the country.
