The IOP allows clients to continue with work or school, and meets three days a week for three hours each session.
Adolescents also receive evidence-based treatment, in addition to evaluations that help staff learn about the individual's history of substance abuse, physical health, risk behaviors, etc. They participate in a 12-week outpatient treatment program with individual and group counseling sessions. Groups start after 5:00 p.m. to accommodate school or work.

"This system is not serving clients, set up against clients but the goal should be to accommodate and work with clients who are rebuilding their lives," an anonymous reviewer wrote in a comment representative of negative feedback.
