Garden Heights was founded by addiction recovery professionals dedicated to helping those in need overcome substance abuse. As a Niznik Behavioral Health facility, we serve communities across New Jersey and the United States. Through our trauma-informed curriculum and supplemental support programs, our clients gain the skills and tools necessary for lifelong sobriety.
Addiction is often rooted in emotional trauma or mental health issues. Our comprehensive behavioral health services are specifically designed to help clients address these underlying causes in order to enact healing and self-growth. Through individualized, client-centered care, we empower clients with positive coping mechanisms, life management skills, and other tools for staying dedicated to the recovery journey.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment
As your recovery journey continues, our treatment programs adjust to the levels of care you need. In the outpatient program, our clients maintain sobriety as a priority while balancing the responsibilities of everyday life. Through weekly group sessions and individual counseling as needed, outpatient care helps promote mindfulness and dedication to life beyond drugs and alcohol.
Partial Hospitalization Treatment
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides direct, dedicated attention and support from our compassionate and experienced clinicians and therapists. Through this program, you will learn coping mechanisms for dealing with life’s challenges without illicit substances.
