Rally Point Philosophy
At Rally Point, we aim to achieve addiction recovery for life by using real-life experiences to address the challenges faced by those who suffer from drug or alcohol addiction. Our rehabilitation programs are based on the fundamentals of addiction recovery, which means taking account of the smaller things that truly make a difference, such as treating clients with respect, compassion, integrity and unwavering support.
We believe that by imparting valuable life skills and promoting healthy lifestyle choices alongside our addiction recovery programs we can assist clients to develop better habits and patterns that will provide improved physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Our job is more than drug and alcohol rehabilitation; it’s life transformation and we’re committed, equipped and enthusiastic about helping clients along their journey out of addiction and into a happier, healthier and more rewarding life.
Areas of Specialization
Client & Family Support Groups
Group therapy is a vital component of addiction recovery treatment, considered as important and effective (sometimes even more so) than individual therapy. Benefits include reducing isolation and loneliness and providing the opportunity to learn from others in recovery. In the addiction setting, group therapy is run by trained professionals who guide participants toward a shared goal of recovery.
This term describes one-on-one therapy, in which a patient and trained professional meet privately with a patient to discuss challenges related to lifestyle, work, family and romantic relationships that may have contributed to the development of an addiction.
Dual Diagnosis/Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment
These two terms describe a person who is not only addicted to drugs or alcohol, but also has a mental or emotional illness, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. Facilities that treat patients with dual-diagnosis or co-occurring disorders provide psychiatric treatment in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
Animal therapy (also called animal-assisted therapy and pet therapy) supports recovery and emotional wellbeing by helping people develop relationships with animals. Animal therapy can be a one-time or ongoing experience.

ABOUT RALLY POINT
Located in beautiful West Palm Beach, Fla., Rally Point is a state-of-the-art rehab facility for adult men struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Combining traditional 12-step and holistic approaches, treatment options include a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and two outpatient (IOP and standard) tracks. Detox services are not available.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
At the root of its programming, Rally Point sees addiction as a brain disease that alters one’s way of thinking and acting. In addition to 12-step meetings, a typical day at Rally Point may include one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions, life skills training, and substance abuse education lectures and presentations. Clients also have several holistic opportunities to choose from such as music and art therapy, yoga, and fitness training. Despite personal preferences, family involvement is highly encouraged throughout treatment and is made possible through special events and video conferencing.
Each man has access to three unique programs. With several hours of daily therapy at its core, the PHP track supports clients through an around-the-clock staff five to seven days per week. Individuals seeking treatment that is accommodative of a busy schedule may benefit from either IOP or standard outpatient treatment. Slightly more demanding, the IOP track entails a minimum of nine hours of counseling and addiction education per week, whereas standard outpatient treatment consists of one or more group, individual, or family sessions per week. To facilitate flexible scheduling, outpatient sessions are available day, night, and on the weekends.
Upon completion of treatment, graduates have access to a robust aftercare program that features events and activities, local meetings and support groups, and volunteer opportunities.
Rally Point is led by a medical director and clinical director who is also a marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). In addition, a licensed dietitian provides nutritional counseling, and a nurse administers medical care.
ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES
Based only minutes from the country’s largest 12-step meeting place, Rally Point houses its PHP clients in one of three clean and comfortable residences equipped with washers and dryers, full kitchens, and flat screen TVs. The Victory House has a large swimming pool and the Unity House has a Jacuzzi, both of which are set alongside shaded lounge areas with reclining beach chairs. Additionally, Fortitude House is set on a canal.
Residents receive a gift card each week to go grocery shopping, although meals may be shared or eaten individually. To limit distractions during treatment, PHP clients are required to check in their electronics, though they are provided with time for phone calls and job searching on a computer. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
