Facility Information

Specialization
  • Medical Detoxification

Drugs and alcohol have widespread effects throughout your body, including but not limited to the addiction and/or physical/psychological dependence that develops with substance abuse over time. Many organ systems are affected by addiction and will react to withdrawal. The term “medical detoxification” means that there is a trained and licensed medical professional onsite to monitor your vital signs and protect your physical and emotional health as your body goes through withdrawal.
  • Balance

These two terms describe a person who is not only addicted to drugs or alcohol, but also has a mental or emotional illness, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. Facilities that treat patients with dual-diagnosis or co-occurring disorders provide psychiatric treatment in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
  • Individualized Treatment

Some facilities have an addiction treatment protocol that all patients or clients are expected to follow, while others customize or individualize treatment based on a person’s unique needs and circumstances. Factors that may affect treatment decisions include age, lifestyle, medical conditions, type of drug, religious beliefs, etc.
  • Aftercare Support

Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.
  • Freedom: For faith-based treatment

Created by ordained ministers, who are also experts in the field of addiction and recovery to ensure the needs of Christian patients are met, Freedom is a unique and life-changing Christian addiction treatment program that can help you refresh your connection to God and achieve lasting freedom from drugs and alcohol.
  • Breaking Free: for patients with Trauma

Breaking Free is a unique and life-changing program that begins the healing process for overcoming trauma and addiction to drugs or alcohol. The program is designed with an evidence-based approach that gets to the root causes of your trauma and addiction, and helps you… break free.
  • PRISE: For patients who have relapsed

PRISE: a Program Designed for Patients Who Have Relapsed The path to recovery is unique to each person struggling with addiction. For some people it takes multiple attempts at recovery, and with each passing attempt they may feel less optimistic about their future. At Recovery Centers of America, we see each attempt at recovery as a sign of commitment and hope. This specialized program uses a therapeutic, evidence-based approach designed to help those for whom recovery has been elusive. PRISE (Promoting Recovery through Intensive Support and Education) focuses patients on their recovery, rather than addiction, and focuses on a bright future
  • WorkFlex

RCA WorkFlex, a service unique to RCA, enables patients to continue fulfilling employment or education responsibilities during their time at our inpatient rehab facility. Through this treatment enhancement service, patients are empowered to keep their primary focus on their personal recovery during inpatient treatment, while having the ability to spend three hours a day maintaining virtual work and school obligations.
  • Evolutions: treatment for older adults age 50+

The Evolutions program at Recovery Centers of America is designed with adults 50+ in mind. Whether you are at a transition point in life involving retirement, your children leaving the home, or your health deteriorating, you are not alone. In Evolutions, you will be with peers 50 years of age and older who are understanding, supportive and focused on making a positive change.

I have worked at RCA over two years. Being in recovery myself, RCA is hands down the most accommodating and nicest rehab that I ever personally went to myself. I am honored and very grateful that I am able to help save lives everyday at RCA.

The communication between the staff is awful. If you have a question they push it off to the next person. I had no help from my therapist. I didn’t speak with the case manager until the day before I was leaving. They are under staffed. I feel all they care about is your money. I explained to them from the beginning I was only staying for 21 days. They wouldn’t agree with me leaving before the 30 days unless I had an iop set up even though I explained to them that my husband has rotating shifts therefore I couldn’t commit to 3 specific days a week. A patient had to leave because her parent was undergoing triple bypass and they wouldn’t give her belongings. They don’t allow anyone to come in the building while signing consents so I recommend being able to understand what you are signing. I was under the influence with a 2.27 alcohol level. I requested the documents I signed which I never received. Shady if you ask me. The floors were gross. They hardly swept or mopped all they did was collect trash. The overall appearance of the rooms are nice. They include tv. It would be a great place if the staff was trusting and not under staffed. I also think they need better groups to help understand the underlying issues of addiction. The groups were repetitive and spoke the same thing over and over.

Not totally upfront or slightly accommodating at all. They accepted my father in law, sent him to hospital, and wouldn’t readmit even after all tests were cleared. After numerous calls we finally got a call back and received a runaround. They claim to go above and beyond but clearly they don’t care. After this experience, now he will NEVER agree to go to Rehab. Super frustrating
