Clients participate in up to six hours a day of spiritual devotion, Bible study, and group prayer. Treatment also includes chapel service, educational speakers, and discussion groups. GED and college classes are also available to clients.

The program is broken up into two stages. During the first nine months, clients live at the facility while participating in weekly individual counseling sessions. In 2017, less than half (43 percent) of substance abuse treatment facilities in New Jersey provided its clients with employment counseling or training.
