Santé Center for Healing Philosophy
Still owned by the same families who founded Santé, today’s high-caliber continuum of care extends from individualized assessments, detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, transitional living, Therapeutic Intensives, Boundaries Course and alumni support services. It is our privilege to walk alongside thousands of individuals and families for 20 years of miracles – a result of our consistent cornerstone: integrity. Santé is synonymous with individualized, expert care in an intimate environment with the goal of long-term recovery.
Addiction is a struggle, and healing from addiction requires individualized, hands-on help and continued follow-up. Santé Center for Healing offers compassionate, state-of-the-art treatment that extends beyond the center and into the community with aftercare programs and planning to help those recovering from addiction.
In addition to a life free of addictive thinking, Santé also encourages healthy living and spirituality. Our walking trails and spacious client rooms provide a tranquil living space where quiet reflection and personal inventory can take place.
Areas of Specialization
Sex Addiction Treatment
The Sex Addiction Treatment Program at Santé Center for Healing begins with a comprehensive assessment that identifies individual patient needs. This assessment results in a treatment plan specifically tailored to the patient and his or her circumstances. Additionally, our approach identifies other addictive disorders which are present in the majority of our patients. It is our experience that these co-occurring addictions, as well as other mental health problems, are best addressed simultaneously.
Santé Center Residential Treatment Programs
Santé understands that there are many challenges on the road to recovery and that addiction must be treated one step at a time. Our Intake and Admissions Counselors are qualified and knowledgeable of the specifics of treatment. Their goal is to make the admission process as smooth as possible for the patient, family and referent. Our main goal is for our patients to live a life in recovery. They learn to be aware of their issues and gain the skills to resolve them. They will know how to prevent relapses, and live without the feelings of shame or guilt that often accompany their diagnosis.

WHAT ALUMNI SAY
Ten alumni surveyed by Rehabs.com to date gave mostly negative feedback, with alumni commenting upon low-quality food, disrespectful staff, and other specific problems. “The food was inedible, the cleanliness was subpar and the overall tone and environment was demeaning, outdated, and depressing,” wrote alum S.B. “AVOID THIS HECK HOLE AT ALL COSTS,” wrote another anonymous alum. “Sante deals with relapses in a condescending way, attempting to scare you out of relapsing,” wrote David. “No real treatment here with real scientifically proven methods."
Yet, two positive reviews praised “skilled and compassionate” staff, though one reviewer noted the price of the facility and lack of meal choices as drawbacks. Even so, this former client provided four- and five-star ratings for most of the 15 polled metrics, including the amount of family participation and holistic offerings. However, other anonymous alum felt that the center did not offer enough individual treatment and left treatment early because “these issues were not being met,” giving counseling options just one out of five stars, and indicated that he would not recommend the center and that treatment was not worth the cost.
At the time of this writing on Google, 56 users gave generally more positive feedback, offering an average rating of three out of five stars.. Written feedback was very polarizing: many former clients praised the staff for being attentive, and in a representative positive review, S.C. noted, "The first group session I walked into... I immediately felt welcomed and at home." However, many other alumni comment upon feeling that treatment was not worth the cost and that their medication was mismanaged.
Feedback was more positive on the center's Facebook page, which its management can edit, with a 3.9 out of five-star average rating based on 43 reviews. A frequently cited concern, though, was that the 30-day program was not long enough. Many clients felt misinformed about how long they needed to stay and how much the program would end up costing. Six Yelp users echoed this concern, giving just 1.5 out of five stars for the facility. "My counselor was great but this Center is clearly all about the money. They give patients powerful narcotics for Detox and at the same time give them financial paperwork and don't adequately explain anything," C.L. wrote in a representative review.
WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY
The sole family member surveyed by Rehabs.com to date, S., wrote, “great location... caring staff… they got to the root of the problem in less then a week.” The loved one gave perfect five-star marks to holistic and counseling options, pricing, and family involvement.
WHAT STAFF SAY
The single staff member surveyed by Rehabs.com as of this writing considered staff to be a facility strength, but indicated that the center needed to offer more family services. This individual awarded four out of five stars for holistic offerings, admissions & discharge procedures, and treatment of co-occurring disorders, and three stars for counseling options and connectivity policy.
On Indeed, 12 current and former staffers gave 3.7 out of five possible stars to the facility. One former employee referred to management as a “class act” that cares about their employees and wrote that the center had a “great atmosphere.” A former residential nurse added that Santé Center for Healing is located in a “serene environment.”
Santé Center for Healing is in network with several insurance companies like Cigna and provides financial assistance options as needed.
