The facility offers residential treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and medical detoxification. The facility also provides specialized program tracks for military veterans, as well as Christian-based track.

Before enrolling into a treatment program, clients undergo an initial assessment to determine an appropriate level of care and help clinicians develop an individualized plan of care. If detoxification is necessary, Serenity Light Recovery combines medications, such as Suboxone, Librium, and Lorazepam, with biofeedback sessions, and massage therapy to ease the discomfort of withdrawal. The detoxification program also includes educational classes and process groups. During residential treatment, clients participate in individual, group, and family therapy. The facility also offers a three-day family program for loved ones. In addition, clients are introduced to the principles and practices of 12-Step. In addition, the facility offers a faith-based track, which incorporates Christian-based principles into 12-Step, as well as Bible study sessions into overall programming, while the specialized veterans program addresses issues of common among veterans, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

To treat co-occurring mental health disorders, the facility provides a range of treatments, such as pharmacological intervention, medication management, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) sessions for trauma. Serenity Light Recovery, ironically, in my case, has an iconic phase called the "Phoenix Phase". It is a symbol of life, death and rebirth. I came here broken and I burst into flames, yet from my ashes I arose and was reborn. I was given hope when all was lost. I was given opportunity when there was none. I was given life when there was only death. I saw a beacon of light in the darkness, and from that light I saw freedom. I regained my innocence and I embraced my newfound freedom. I have been gifted with rebirth, opportunity, freedom from my addiction and serenity. Thank you Serenity Light
