The facility was filthy, nurses would take too long to tend to patients needs...Please don’t send loved ones here.” Another alum, G.C., supported that viewpoint and gave one star. She wrote, “I can honestly state that I was extremely disappointed in the professionalism of the nurses, security, and janitorial staff of this facility….There was quite a lack of patient compassion...I would not recommend this facility as any form of decent therapy or rehabilitation to anyone."

The ability to accept low income patients was a strength and disorganization a weakness. This was to be an inpatient event for 10 days and then outpatient support. No one was notified when my husband was released resulting in an immediate relapse
