Alum S.N., who gave one star, wrote that she had “nothing positive to say about this place.” She added, “While the doctor...and her social worker/partner were amazing, the staff and nurses were the worst. The facility was filthy, nurses would take too long to tend to patients needs...Please don’t send loved ones here.” Another alum, G.C., supported that viewpoint and gave one star. She wrote, “I can honestly state that I was extremely disappointed in the professionalism of the nurses, security, and janitorial staff of this facility….There was quite a lack of patient compassion...I would not recommend this facility as any form of decent therapy or rehabilitation to anyone."

However, she also referenced disorganization and poorly handled discharge procedures, resulting in her husband's relapse.
