They charge thousands for basic care. Unnecessary. I completed my treatment, then attended outpatient therapy.

Discovery Point Retreat

This was the first rehab that I went to and I am glad to say that this will probably be my last. It was great that this facility had detox and all the other levels of care since many of my friends had to go to 2 separate places. It was really a comfortable and enjoyable place to be at.

Antioch and other cities in the Bay Area are in the spotlight and under the watchful eye of the federal government and law enforcement.

It’s not uncommon to hear about a marijuana bust or a cocaine bust that involves a number of people, different locations, and a huge amount of one drug or another. On the one hand, a high level of law enforcement can make residents feel safe, but on the other hand, the fact that there is such an intense need for police attention means that Antioch is flooded with illegal substances.

Huge amounts of drugs in and around San Francisco mean that Antioch residents have access to just about any substance they could ask for at any given time. It makes it difficult for those who are struggling with drug abuse or dependence to avoid relapse when they come home. For this reason, many choose to enroll in aftercare services when drug treatment program is over in order to increase their chances of long-term sobriety.
