Though the focus is often on narcotics use and abuse, the fact is that alcohol is also hurting families in Chino Hills, California. Teens who begin drinking may diminish a number of opportunities before they have a chance to really start their lives. Young parents and pregnant mothers who drink may place their young children and unborn babies at risk. Adults of all ages who combine alcohol with other substances, including prescription medications, are in danger of experiencing serious medical complications, and those who drink regularly over their lifetime increase their risk of developing potentially-fatal chronic diseases, such as liver failure, heart disease, certain cancers, and more.

Is someone in your family in crisis and in need of treatment? You can help your loved one stop drinking today by reaching out to a treatment advisor to learn more about opportunities in alcohol rehab and recovery.
