Discovery Point Retreat

My son was at a place in his life that he was ready for help. DPR was able to give him the help he needed. I believe (from the time I visited) that the people at this facility truly cared about him - and that made it a lot easier on this mom. They also had family sessions where they answered our questions and sometimes just gave us the hug and encouragement that we needed.

Medical Director BriteLife Recovery

Dr. Schibler is Board-certified in family medicine and spent several years in private practice, but always had a special interest in treating psychiatric and substance use disorders. Feeling compelled to help those battling addiction, including the ever-growing opioid epidemic, she completed training for suboxone treatment of opioid-use disorder and pursued a career in the recovery industry. She is also a strong proponent of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), a cutting-edge approach for treating substance use disorders. Dr. Schibler received her M.D. degree from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo (1990) and completed her family practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital.
