Rose Rock Recovery Center

Strengths: Focus on source of problems and not the negative coping mechanisms we were abusing. Specifically focused on woman's issues. Weaknesses: No sugar or pop.It is a long term 3-6 month program where you and your fellow clients will work together to help and keep each other accountable. The facilitators and counselors are genuine honest woman who are in recovery themselves and truly care about helping.

This passion prompted Kevin to begin a career studying and understanding the various techniques in which to approach and treat patients with drug dependence. Through his many opportunities working in health care, Kevin has developed the understanding that addiction is a disease that needs to be treated with time, care, and understanding. As a member of long-term recovery himself, Kevin is able to promote the values of honesty and integrity in his daily practice.

An Examination of Hopkinsville Rehab Centers
Ongoing drug trafficking activity, such as the type described in a February 2012 Kentucky New Era news article, helps to keep drug supplies accessible to those who want them. Hopkinsville drug rehab programs help give people in the area the coping skills needed to walk away from easily accessible drugs or alcohol.

Getting the help you need can mean the difference between losing what’s left of your life and regaining control of your future.

Find Rehabilitation for Your Co-Occurring Problems

A drug treatment program is designed to equip you with all the tools needed to live a drug-free life. Someone who enters treatment with a co-occurring problem, such as depression or an eating disorder, has another set of symptom triggers to deal with besides those related solely to addiction. When left untreated, a condition like depression can play into a person’s addiction cravings and behaviors, so it’s important to get treatment for any co-occurring conditions, and address their underlying triggers, while in a treatment program.

Long-Term Effects of Alcohol Addiction

While alcohol is the most prevalent form of addiction, it remains the most untreated condition. According to the Florida Institute of Technology, an estimated 35 out of every 36 alcoholics receive no form of addiction treatment. When left untreated, the long-term physical and mental effects of alcohol addiction include:

  • Memory impairment
  • Continuous withdrawal symptoms, such as hallucinations and tremors
  • Deterioration of bone and muscle tissues
  • Liver disease
