Adina has worked in the behavioral health field for 15 years, beginning as a crisis intervention counselor in the city of Chicago, responding to local police departments and hospitals. She later worked as a primary therapist for youth and families before transitioning into the role of business development. Adina relocated from Chicago to Washington, DC, to continue her work in this field. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling. Adina continues to maintain both the Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor designations.

Teedo has traveled and used her professional skills to provide care to outlying villages in Managua, Nicaragua with the Nicaraguan American Nurses Association. Teedo carries that same dedication into her daily interactions with patients, focusing on the best interest of each of them.
