Everything upon arrival at Elevate Addiction was great. I had a broken ankle and they made very specific accommodations for me and gave me and my family a tour. I got to ask a lot of questions and got a full understanding of what the program was like upon getting there and before signing anything. It was a really good intake process. Also, the staff throughout the entire program were very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of them were in recovery themselves so, they were definitely very relatable and what really helped to feel comfortable was that they had all done it themselves. It was an extremely positive environment and I feel like I’ve been in a really good place since graduating. It’s the longest period of time I’ve ever had clean and sober and I feel very confident about it. I also feel equipped to deal with anything that life brings me. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely suggest it for anyone who is seeking treatment.
