Remove Mental Health from your treatment options!! I dropped my sister off 2 days ago and they are discharging her in 2 days!!!!! They claim they are not able to treat her Bi-Polar and Anxiety condition. I am sick over this!
My therapist and case manager were both awesome, they really do care about their patients and do their best to provide any support they can. They support a large amount of people, so the amount of individualized time is limited unfortunately.
This place is terrible. Don't believe them if they tell you mental health is separated from detox and addicts. It is not. They literally treat you like sh*t. It took 2 days to get my clothes and they lost some. No one will return my calls about the missing items. They are also short staffed so don't except anything from this place. The food was disgusting and I saw roaches in the rooms.
