We are a family-oriented team of widely experienced individuals in recovery and treatment.
Our journey began in 2015 with a dream of creating a safe and therapeutic environment for people suffering from the life-wrecking disease of addiction, with the opening of our first facility in Florida, Recovery In Tune. Since then, we have grown to understand the true need for quality, highly individualized, evidence-based treatment programs; and have made it our mission to bring those high-quality services to different areas of the country like the Charlotte, North Carolina area where these services are desperately needed. We specialize in providing compassionate and highly individualized substance abuse treatment that is evidence-based and outcome-driven. We focus on vastly exceeding the frequently low standards of treatment outcomes in our amazing communities of Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Specializations
Detox
Though not all rehab facilities offer “medical detoxification,” all people with an addiction to drugs or alcohol will experience intense physical and emotional changes and discomfort as their bodies react to withdrawal of the addictive substance. Many people use the term “detox” to refer to the period of time (ranging from a few days to a week) when the body is reacting to an addict’s decision to stop using.
Dual Diagnosis/Co-occurring Disorders Treatment
These two terms describe a person who is not only addicted to drugs or alcohol, but also has a mental or emotional illness, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. Facilities that treat patients with dual-diagnosis or co-occurring disorders provide psychiatric treatment in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
Individualized Treatment
Some facilities have an addiction treatment protocol that all patients or clients are expected to follow, while others customize or individualize treatment based on a person’s unique needs and circumstances. Factors that may affect treatment decisions include age, lifestyle, medical conditions, type of drug, religious beliefs, etc.
Aftercare Support
Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.
Family Program
Research shows that the odds of successful, sustained recovery from addiction are far higher when family members and loved ones are involved in treatment. Drug and alcohol addiction often have genetic roots, whether related to substance abuse, mental illness or both. Family dynamics also play a role and, often, family members are the first to realize a loved one has developed an addiction. Also, it’s important for family members to understand and embrace the lifestyle changes that are required to sustain recovery.

William Nevadomski
Co-FounderAfter a long battle with addiction to opiates and prescription drugs during his teenage years and early 20s, William went through state-funded treatment programs. After two episodes of treatment, he started living a clean life in February 2014, helped by the NA community and his desire and willingness to follow a program and change his life. William began working in the treatment field as a house manager for a sober living home. This allowed him to start to fulfill what he sees as his destiny, helping others in any way he could through their struggles that he went through himself and overcame. His journey continued, and through his compassion, ethical standards and care for the needy, he evolved in the field and earned the opportunity to grow through a position in the admissions department at White Sands Treatment Center. He maintained this position for over a year. Another opportunity came his way when Delphi Health Group offered him a position in the admissions department, which he took and evolved in for over a year, after which he joined the team at Harmony Recovery Center's sister-facility Recovery In Tune in Florida. After working in the admissions department for Recovery In Tune for over a year, William transitioned to the Harmony Recovery Group team as Business Development Director and Co-Founded Harmony Recovery Center. William has become a vital part of the program, using his personal and professional experience and knowledge to help and guide those in the program and educate the community about the program.
