If you call, they will interrupt you before you can finish your question, hijack the conversation, and start dunning you for money -- before you've even received an invoice. If you speak up to object, they will say you are being rude and hang up on you. Other than their substandard business office, the PaRC is a wonderful place. You must self-pay or have good insurance to be admitted. One really needs to count their blessings if they are admitted to the PaRC. The clinical side of the facility is top-notch -- caring and effective.
